Thank you for using BestTruckParking ("the Software"), provided by Park Nation, LLC ("the Company"). This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we collect, how we use and protect that information, and your rights regarding your personal data.

Mobile AI Assistance: Aria and Emma
Optional AI assistance
Aria and Emma are optional AI-assisted features. The updated mobile apps explain the data sharing and ask for permission before sending an AI request. Choosing Not now lets you continue using ordinary parking, payments and standard navigation without AI assistance.
Providers and information shared
With your permission, information needed for your request is sent through our servers to Anthropic (Claude) for text assistance and ElevenLabs for voice assistance. Voice calls are carried by Twilio. Depending on the feature and your request, this can include messages, voice audio and transcripts, account and contact information, parking or billing context, and relevant location, destination, route and vehicle details. Do not include passwords or full payment-card details in an AI message.
Protection and your choices
Our agreements require these service providers to provide the same or an equal level of protection for personal information as described in this privacy policy. The mobile app records permission for the signed-in account on that device. You can enable or decline permission in AI data sharing in chat or Settings. Changes apply to new AI requests; end an active call to stop it. Signing out clears that device permission. Declining permission does not send the AI request. AI-generated information can be incomplete or incorrect; review booking, payment and navigation details before confirming an action.
Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Opt-out of marketing communications.
- Object to the processing of your personal information.
- To delete your account, please email support@besttruckparking.com.

We reserve the right to update our Privacy Policy. Any changes will be reflected on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.

BestTruckParking does not use your personal information for marketing purposes. We do not engage in the sale, trade, or transfer of your personal information to third parties for marketing activities without your explicit consent. Our communication with you is strictly service-related.
